| 摘 要： | 随着高层住宅楼工程施工技术的不断发展,高层建筑质量水平得到提高,但是高层住宅楼渗漏仍是目前业主用户反映较普遍的问题,这主要是由于在建筑施工中防渗漏质量控制不严格以及防渗漏技术措施不科学和不到位造成的。文章将对高层住宅外墙和室内渗漏产生的原因及施工技术的处理进行浅析。
