| 摘 要： | 针对公路工程的施工管理特点,文章对公路工程项目施工组织设计及管理模式进行了分析探讨,给出了公路工程施工的管理体系结构,并在此基础上重点探讨了公路工程项目施工质量管理的措施和组织设计,对进一步提高我国公路工程项目施工组织管理模式和应用水平有一定借鉴和指导意义。
