摘    要:目前,教师职业倦怠是影响教育教学质量的一个重要的因素,边疆高职院校本身独有的文化特点也是引起教师职业倦怠的重要原因,重塑文化,弱化职业倦怠,是边疆高职院校发展的首要问题。

Teachers' Occupational Fatigue under Cultural Threshold

Abstract:The author of this paper has pointed out that teachers' occupational tiredness as well as the unique frontier culture itself in the frontier higher vocational colleges play an important role in the quality of education,is first to resolve problems.The author also suggested that the top priority of development of vocational colleges in the reshape the culture and weaken teachers' job fatigue.
