| Abstract: | The achievements and experiences of the practice of work-learning integrated,school-enterprise cooperated talent training mode of Fujian Secondary Communication Vocational School over many years were summarized.In relation with the school’s actual situation and obstacles in the practice and exploration of the talent training mode,ways to resolve these difficulties and countermeasures against the encountering problems are presented. |
