| 摘 要： | 知识服务是图书馆服务与管理工作的最终目标,也是图书馆研究的核心课题。物联网环境下,图书馆知识服务过程中应用物联网技术进行技术创新、方式创新、管理模式创新以及内容创新,将给图书馆知识服务带来创新性的发展。物联网技术的应用,不仅为图书馆知识服务过程带来变革,而且为读者提供了创新的服务内容,深化了物联网技术时代下图书馆知识服务创新工作的内涵。

| Abstract: | The knowledge service is the ultimate goal of service and management of the library,and is also the core topic of library research.In the environment of internet of things,if the library applies the technology of internet of things to the innovation of technology,means,management models and content in the process of knowledge services,the innovative development of library knowledge services will be achieved.The application of technology of internet of things not only brings the reform to the process of library knowledge services,but also provides innovative service content for the readers,thus deepening the connotation of the innovative work of library knowledge services in the era of technology of internet of things. |
