浸入式顶吹粉气流穿透行为的研究

摘    要:通过粉气流的质理守恒及粉气液三相流的动量守恒,建立了描述浸入式顶吹粉气流在熔池中穿透行为的数学模型,用高速摄影法测定了浸入式顶吹粉气流在熔池中的最大穿透深度,并分析了粉气流在熔池中的鼓泡/射流的转变行为。模型计算的最大穿透深度与实测的最大穿透深度相吻合。

Abstract:A mathematical model describing the penetration behavior of immersion top--blown particle-gasflow is developed,based on the mass conversation law of particle-gas now and the momentum law of particlegas-liquid now. The maximum penetration depth of particle-gas flow is measured with photography at highspeed and the transition from gas bubbling to particle-gas jet now is analyzed. The maximum penetrationdepth calculated by the model is in agreement with those measured experimentally.
