| 摘 要： | 研究了红外非线性光学晶体硒化镉的光参量振荡器光学参数．根据非线性光学原理和折射率色散关系，报道了CdSe晶体在不同泵浦光波长（1．833、2．87和2．1646μm）下CASe光参量振荡器的角度调谐曲线，由此确定出信号光、闲频光以及相位匹配角的变化范围；并对CdSe晶体的走离角，有效长度以及相位匹配允许角等参数进行研究．以上研究结果，对CdSe光参量振荡（OPO）器件制备加工精度提供了重要的技术参数．

| Abstract: | The OPO parameters of CdSe crystals are studied. Based on the nonlinear optical theory and Sellmeier equation, the angle - tuned curves at different pump light （ 1. 833,2.87 and 2. 1646μm） of optical parametric oscillator for CdSe crystal is reported. Furthermore, the walk - off angle, aperture length and acceptance angle were investigated. All the results were useful for preparation of CdSe optical parametric oscillator. |
