| 摘 要： | 目前水资源严重短缺、水体污染严重,水资源的保护和水污染的治理成为现代社会最关注的问题.本文对水资源优化配置的相关文献报道进行综述,阐述水资源优化配置的必要性,同时提出配置的手段、原则、方案,供各地区参考.
