DOC对柴油机排放特性影响的研究

摘    要:在柴油发动机台架上,通过HT350动态测功机、AM4000等仪器测量了柴油机氧化催化转换器(DOC)前后2个固定转速5个工况点的排放特性,分析了DOC对HC,CO,NOx,PM等影响,并用DRI碳分析仪分析了PM的碳质组分.结果表明,DOC能大幅降低HC,CO的排放,DOC前后NOx总量变化不大;DOC对颗粒物数量浓度降幅为25%~40%,其中核膜态降幅为16%~36%;随负荷增加DOC对颗粒物总数量浓度、核模态数量浓度降幅逐渐减小,积聚模态降幅逐渐增加;DOC通过降低HC促进SOF氧化从而达到催化氧化有机碳OC,OC对占PM总降幅贡献率在67%以上,EC最高仅为9%.
