摘    要:
为研究阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对煤油乳化液稳定性及煤泥浮选效果的影响,采用机械搅拌方式,选择不同体积分数的PAM进行煤油乳化实验,并以煤油、煤油+PAM、煤油乳化液、煤油乳化液+PAM为捕收剂进行单元浮选对比实验。结果表明:在煤油乳化液制备过程中加入少量PAM水溶液可提高煤油乳化速度,增强乳化液的稳定性;当油水比为1∶1,乳化剂用量为1%时,PAM体积分数为21%的乳化液的稳定性最好;随着PAM体积分数的增加,浮选效果逐步改善,当PAM过量时,浮选效果降低;与纯煤油浮选结果相比,煤油+PAM、煤油乳化液和煤油乳化液+PAM的浮选指标有不同程度的改善,且后两者的煤油消耗量降低50%。
