开关电容幅度均衡器的设计

摘    要:钟形幅度均衡器是均衡通路幅度畸变的常用器件。开关电容电路适宜采用LSI实现,以做到体积小、成本低。本文采用一种双二阶电路作为钟形幅度均衡器的基本节,其特点是对寄生电容不灵敏。经预扭曲后的计算特性可与设计要求达到一致。这种二阶节的级联可用来满足更复杂的均衡要求。

Abstract:The bell-shaped amplitude equalizer is a conventional device commonly used for equalizing the channel amplitude distortion. The LSIs implementation is suitable to the switched-capacitor equalizer, so that a reduction in both cost and size can be made. In this paper, a SC biquad proposed by Saraswat is used as a basic section of the bell-shaped amplitude equalizer, whose advantage is that its equalization characteristic is insensitive to parasitic capacitors. After prewarped, its characteristics calculated are agree with desired specifications. The tandem connection of such biquads can meet more complex epualization requirements.
