摘    要:用拉伸电阻法和X-射线衍射实验系统地研究了Ti44Ni47Nb9合金相变滞后的变化,实验证实了拉伸形变可使合金相变热滞增大,但此宽热滞只在形变后的第一次热循环中出现,在接下来的热循环中,相变热滞回复到形变前的较小值,上述现象是由马氏体弹性界面能的变化引起的。

Abstract:The change of the transtformation hysteresis in Ti 44 Ni 47 Nb 9 alloy was systematically studied by tensile tests, measurment of electrical resistance and X ray diffraction. It was confirmed that deformation could widen the alloy's transformation hyteresis. But the wider transformation hyteresis appeared only in the first thermal cycle after deformation. The effect of deformation vanished in the subsequent cycles. These results were due to the change of martensite's elastic grain energy.
