钢丝连续拉丝机模糊自整定双控制器PID张力控制

摘    要:针对连续拉丝机系统启动与停车时张力波动过大的问题,提出了模糊自整定双控制器PID张力控制方案.利用模糊自动整定PID参数改善PID控制器的性能;为了进一步减小系统张力波动,特别是抑制超调,采用前后两台机架双控制器进行张力控制,提高了系统的动态品质,解决了系统启动与停车时张力超调过大的问题.

Abstract: Inorder to solve the problem in which the tension of continuous drawbanch system fluctuates, too sharply between the starting and stopping. In this paper that a kind of fuzzy_self adjusting parameter PID double controller is presented. A fuzzy_self adjusting PID parameter improves the function of PID controller. Taking a step forward to let up tension's fluctuation and restraining system particularly in the super adjusting, the system uses the controller of machine and the controller of the previous machine control tension. The design raises the dynamic quality of system and solves the question.
