| 摘 要： | 以聚乙烯醇（PVA0为基体的载体埋内酮丁醇梭菌（Clostridium-acetobutylicum）制备固定化细胞，同时用玉米芯为载体吸附丙酮丁醇梭菌制备固定化细胞，并分别进行了静止分批、循环换玉米培养基发酵生产丙酮丁醇的试验。

| Abstract: | The methods of preparing immobilized cells by means of entrapement of clostridium acetobutylicum 1 70 in the carrier with PVA as the base and by means of absorption of clostridium acetobutylicum 1 70 in the corncob as the carrier are recommended.The experiments have been done to produce acetone and butenol in a statical way in batches and by changing the corn as medium circulatingly. |
