| 摘 要： | 本文以烟草赤星病菌Alternaria alternata为研究材料。分别用三种不同的化学方法即冷碱、热碱和SDS法，对真菌菌丝细胞壁可溶性蛋白的抽提方法进行了比较和研究，结果表明三种方法均为有效的抽提真菌细胞壁蛋白的方法，所抽提的主要成分均一致，抽提液的蛋白组分和含量又有差异。对不同抽提液含糖量的测定结果表明，冷碱抽提液含糖量低，热碱抽提液含糖量较高，SDS抽提液含糖量最高。

| Abstract: | There has been little comparison of the various methods used to extract the cell wall proteins.In this article,three extracts for isolated Alternaria alternata mycelia cell walls were compared:(i)cold alkaline extract;(ii)SDS extract;(iii)hot alkaline extract.The extracts were examined by thin layer scanning.Results showed that the choice of extracting reagents and techniques,as well as sequence of the extraction methods may affect both qualitative and quantitative solubolization of cell wall proteins. |
