不同氮源对北冬虫夏草生长影响的研究

摘    要:以硝酸钾、蛋白胨、黄豆粉、硫酸铵、尿素5种不同氮源对北冬虫夏草的菌球数量、干重,菌丝生长状况及子实体的鲜重和干重进行研究.结果表明:液体培养的菌球最多的是蛋白胨,其次是黄豆粉.最差是硝酸钾;固体斜面培养基从菌丝长势来看最好是蛋白胨,最差的是硝酸钾。北冬虫夏草最佳的氮源是黄豆粉。

Abstract:Effects of potassium nitrate,peptone,soybean powder,ammonium sulfate,and urea on the growth of Cordyceps militaris link were studied.Results showed that: peptone source culture was the most mycelial pellet,followed by soybean powder source,potassium nitrate source was the worst;peptone source was the best to growth trend of mycelium,while the worst was potassium nitrate source;Soybean powder source was best to dry weight of fruiting body.
