| 摘 要： | 以楼宇门禁对讲系统为基础，对楼宇电梯运行模式改进为智能化控制模式，使电梯设备达到最佳运行状态，并能结合安全防范需要来控制楼宇内各类人员的不同活动范围，从而保证用户的生命和财产的安全．给出了一套比较经济实用、安全可靠的电梯智能化控制硬件电路的架构和实施方案，介绍了改善系统通讯响应实时性的有效措施．

| Abstract: | Based on the building talk system,an intelligent elevator control-mode is adopted in the common elevator run-mode,so that the elevator would be in the best running-state.It can monitor various kinds of people and areas of their activities.That insures the safety of users.This design can improve the real time communication effectively,enhance the buildings' safety and it is also an economical scheme. |
