| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation of the mechanism of interaction between the tissue and laser beams,the principles and methods in the treatment of cancer by using heat effects of and PDT are studied. According to the discussion of the characteristics of some common lasers,the open problem,as well as the applications of various lasers in the treatment of tumours are summarised. |
