摘    要:结构光法和相位移法都是基于光学三角原理的位移测量方法。对结构光法和相位移法分别进行了原理上的论述,利用表格对其进行了对比。最后总结了各自面临的难题和发展趋势。

Abstract:Both structured light and phase measurement which base on optical triangulation are methods for measuring displacement. The measurement principles of these two kinds are introduced respectively and their characteristics are compared with table. And some Standpoints are advanced. Some difficult problems and development trends are summarized respectively.
