摘    要:在基本培养基为MS的基础上,研究激素浓度、接种量等因素对川芎悬浮细胞生长的影响,建立川芎细胞悬浮培养体系.实验结果表明:川芎悬浮细胞同步化继代培养液生长16 d左右,对数生长中后期时,按照1∶4(V/V)悬浮液,新鲜培养液,以MS+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1+2,4-D 2 mg·L-1+30 g·L-1蔗糖培养基可获得较高产量的川芎悬浮细胞,湿重达到182.6 g·L-1,干重达到39.2 g·L-1.

Abstract:To set up cell suspension culture system of Lisgusticum chuanxiong and optimize cell culture growth conditions, using MS as the basic medium, we study the impact of hormone concentrations, inoculum and other factors on the growth of suspension cells of Lisgusticum chuanxiong. The experimental results show that, when the synchronized suspension cells subculture of Lisgusticum chuanxiong grows about 16 days to the logarithmic growth medium-late period, according to 1:4(V/V) suspension which includes fresh culture liquid, MS + 6 - BA 0.5mg·L-1+ 2,4 - D 2 mg·L-1 as optimal culture medium, higher yields of suspension cells of Lisgusticum chuanxiong can be obtained, whose wet weight and dry weight can reach 182.6 g·L-1 and 39.2 g·L-1 respectively.
