甲壳素/壳聚糖是一类资源丰富的天然高聚物,具有独特的化学和生物特性,对其产品的开发研究已引起越来越多的国家和研究机构的重视。简要介绍了甲壳素、壳聚糖的制备方法、结构表征、化学改性及改性产物在水处理、医药、农业、食品、化妆品等领域中的应用,同时依据壳聚糖的结构对其在石油工程中的应用进行了预测。

A NEW MULTIFUNCTIONAL NATURAL POLYMER AND ITS DERIVATIVES

Chitin/Chitosan is a natural polymer rich in natural resources, which has unique chemical and biological properties.More and more countries and research organizations pay much attention to the development of its products. In this paper, preparation, characterization and chemical modification of chitin/chitosan have been described. The application of its modified products in wastewater treatment, medicine, agriculture,food and cosmetic are also reviewed. The possible application in oilfield has been predicted according to the chemical structure of chitin/chitosan which is similar to cellulose.
