甘草中提取甘草酸的新工艺研究

摘    要:采用超声强化提取和微波辅助提取2种新方法对甘草中的甘草酸提取工艺进行研究,以甘草酸得率为考察指标,通过正交试验设计,确定超声强化提取和微波辅助提取各自的最佳提取条件.结果表明,超声强化提取的最佳工艺条件:温度为30℃,超声电功率密度为80W/cm2,超声作用时间为90min,酸化pH值为1.0,优化后平均得率为12.20%;微波辅助提取的最佳工艺条件是:加入混合提取剂(1/2体积10%乙醇和+1/2体积0.5%氨水),微波功率550W加热3次,加热时间为20s,优化后平均得率为10.77%.经过优选得到的2种甘草酸制备工艺,提取率较高并且稳定可行.

Abstract:In order to get a higher extracting rate of glycyrrhizic acid,a study was made on two new techniques:ultrasonic enhancement extraction and microwave-assisted extraction.With the extracting rate of glycyrrhizic acid as inspecting index,and by orthogonal design,the optimal extraction conditions for both methods were determined.For the best conditions of ultrasonic enhancement extraction,the temperature is 30℃,the ultrasonic electric power density is 80 W/cm^2,the time of ultrasonic action is 90min,the pH value is 1.0,and the average extracting rate is 12.20% after optimized;for the best conditions of microwave-assisted extraction,the mixed extractant added is 10% ethanol+0.5% ammonia,heating power 550W in three times,the heating time 20s,and the average extracting rate is 10.77% after optimized.The two optimized techniques for extracting glycyrrhizic acid are stable and feasible,for they have higher extracting rates.
