| 摘 要： | 给出了一个无线资源管理方案的模型,并分析了无线资源管理（RRM）各个不同模块间的关系与各个模块的主要任务。根据无线资源管理中3种不同的动态信道分配算法的分析，得出在不同系统中选择动态信道分配算法的原则，最后引入了无线资源管理的接纳控制策略。

| Abstract: | The management of the radio resource plays an important role in mobile communication system. Firstly the paper introduces a model of radio resource management and analyses the functional part of the RRM mode. Three different Algorithms of the dynamic channel allocation are compared in the paper to give the rules for choosing a more better one in realization. In addition, call access control function of RRM is intruduced intruduced in the paper. |
