摘    要:本文采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)分离鉴定了泽兰中的挥发性成分,考察了HSSPME的操作参数(纤维头、样品平衡时间、萃取温度、萃取时间和解吸时间),并与传统的水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)和超临界CO2萃取法(SFE)提取的挥发性成分进行了比较.HS-SPME法共鉴定了58种成分,占总成分含量...
