| 摘 要： | 构建出山西省城市基础设施现代化评价指标体系,即道路交通、公用设施、信息通信、绿化环卫、排水排污和文化卫生.在此基础上选取了2006年的有关统计数据,采用主成分分析法和特尔菲基础上的层次分析法对山西各地市基础设施现代化水平进行综合评价,试图揭示出山西省基础设施发展水平的地区差异以及与当地经济发展水平是否相符.经过分析山西省各地级市基础设施发展水平存在很大差异,但大部分地区的基础设施发展水平与经济发展水平是相符合的.就此分析,希望能给城市建设决策者提供决策依据,城市基础设施的现代化是城市建设和发展现代化的前提和载体,我们应不断促进基础设施的建设,加快基础设施现代化的进程,以便经济更好更快的发展.
