| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the public bidding work of the highway construction, and puts forward some measures for regulating the public bidding behaviors of the engineering such as practicing the highway construction project's legal person's responsibility system, doing well construction enterprises' qualification pre-examination and after-examination, executing the bidding procedures strictly, and improving the compiling quality of the bidding document, etc. |
