摘    要:以生物体作为模板制备微纳米材料是一种融合了生命科学和材料科学而发展起来的制备纳米材料和纳米结构的新方法.大部分生物模板具有廉价易得、环保无毒等优点.使用乳酸菌种属中的嗜热链球菌作为模板,以抗坏血酸作为还原剂,制备了银微球.扫描电镜测试表明银微球直径约为0.882.0μm.改变反应条件可以调控所制备的银微球的大小.循环伏安分析表明使用银微球修饰的玻碳电极对对苯二酚具有电催化作用,有利于对苯二酚的检测,且直径较小的银微球对对苯二酚的检测更加有利.

Silver microspheres synthesized with the streptococcus thermophilus template and the relevant electrochemical performance

Abstract:The biological template method that has developed from biological science and material science is a new technology for the preparation of micro / nanomaterials and micro / nanostructures. Most of the bio- templates are cheap,easily available,environment- friendly and non- toxic. In this study,Lactobacillus of streptococcus thermophilus was used as the template,and ascorbic acid as the reducing agent to prepare silver microspheres. SEM showed that the diameters of silver microspheres were about 0. 88—2. 0 μm. The diameter could be mediated by changing reaction conditions. It has been confirmed that the silver microspheres- modified electrodes own good electro- sensitivity for detecting hydroquinone by cyclic voltammogram measurements,while silver microspheres with the smaller diameter are more effective.
