| Abstract: | Fairness of education, compulsory education in particular, is the major content of a harmonious society. However the present compulsory education in China is not fair in the rural areas, especially in the less - developed rural areas. Effective methods should be adapted to improve such a situation, which is required in the construction of a harmonious society. |
