摘    要:为了改进已有雷达阵地适用性评估方法存在的局限性,找到一种更为合理、通用性更强的雷达阵地适用性评价方法,通过对雷达阵地建设情况的深入调研,综合考虑雷达阵地再评估和雷达装备的换装需要,建立了一套新的雷达阵地适用性的量化评价标准。在此基础上,利用突变级数法建立了适用性评价模型;最后选取实例对该模型进行检验,并对检验结果进行分析。结果表明,模型分析结果与实际选择结果基本一致,得出雷达阵地的技战术性能条件是影响总体评价结果最主要的因素的结论。

Abstract:To improve the limits of the traditional appraisal procedure for the radar usability of the position of radar, a more reasonable and universal evaluation methodology was found. Through deep investigation and survey of the construction condition of the position of radar, and the reevaluation of the position of radar and reloading demand of radar equipment, a new quantized evaluation criterion for the usabdity of radar position was established. On this basis, the evaluation methodology model was established with catastrophe progression method. The living example was used to test the model's rationality, and the results were analyzed. The analyzed results of the model are accordant to the virtual choice, and the model is reasonable, and the chief reactors which affect the global evaluation results is the technical and tactical performance of the position of radar.
