智能化静、动表面张力仪的研制

摘    要:利用最大泡压法测静、动表面张力的原理,引入微型计算机采样、控制功能;采用一系列仪表,辅以若干计算软件,建立了一套新的静、动表面张力测定仪。它具有自动采样、计算、校正、数据处理、制表、作图等功能,可获得0.01~5s有效时间范围内的动表面张力。动表面张力的实验精度为0.3mN/m,静表面张力的实验精度为0.05mN/m,一个样品的实验时间约10min,样品用量20~50mL。

Abstract:On the principle of measuring static surface tension (SST) and dynamic surface tension (DST) by maximum bubble pressure method through the collection and control function of microcomputer, a set of new device for measuring SST, DST is established. It takes about 10 minutes for measuring a sample. Data tables and figures can be obtained. The parameters can also be got, such as DST, effective age, difference of bubble pressure. The precision of the measuring is better than 0.03 mN/m for DST and 0.05 mN/m for SST.
