GTR的驱动与保护电路设计

摘    要:主要讨论了变频器中大功率器件GTR开关频率可靠性的提高.介绍的驱动电路能最大限度地缩短GTR的关断时间,这样一方面提高了SPWM波调制频率,使得变频器输出电压更接近于正弦波,减少了电机损耗、噪音,增大了电机出力;另一方面又将为GTR的保护赢得时间,从而较好地解决了GTR通用变频器中存在的基本问题.

Abstract:This paper mainly discusses the increment of switching frequency and reliability of GTR in frequency converter. The driving circuit given in this paper can extremely reduce the turnoff time of GTR. Thus, on the one hand, the modulating frequency of SPWM wave is increased, which makes the waveform of the output voltage of the converter more similar to the waveform of the sine wave. hte loss and the noise of the motor are reduced thus the efficiency of the motor increased. On the other hand, the GTR can be much better protected.
