论改革和完善党的执政方式的主要目标

中国共产党在50多年的执政历史中，已探索和总结出了一套适合具体历史阶段的执政方式。但是在新的历史条件下，国际、国内环境已发生了深刻的变化，党的执政时间也发生了变化，于是原来的执政方式已面临着十分严峻的挑战和考验，改革和完善党的执政方式势在必行。而改革和完善党的执政方式，首先应明确改革和完善党的执政目标，这个目标就是使党的执政方式民主化、公正化、科学化和法治化。

The Principle of Reforming and Perfecting the Ruling

During the history of more than fifty years in power,Communist Party of China has probed and summarized a array of ruling style which is suitable for concrete stages. However, under the new historical condition,the international and domestic environment has already changed deeply,at the same time, the change has taken place in the time in the power of the party,so the former ruling style has faced very severe challenge and test, reforming and perfecting the ruling style is imperative.Then the first thing we should do is making the goal clear,the author thinks that the goal is making the ruling style democratized, equalized,scientific and legalized.
