| Abstract: | From the point of view of both macroscopic aspect and microcosmic aspect, the author analyzes the position of journals of colleges and universities and describes that the jourals play an important part in the teaching and the scientific research of colleges and universities as well as the whole society. In the meantime, some basic conditions in improving the journal's quality are pointed out. |
