钢管撕裂卷曲变形的实验研究与理论分析

摘    要:报导了钢管撕裂卷曲变形的冲击实验研究和理论分析。利用DHR-9401型落锤式冲击加载装置,对直径为54mm、壁厚为0.43~2.50mm的6组A3无缝钢管进行了轴向撞击实验研究。通过实验得到了钢管撕裂卷曲的变形模态和轴向冲击载荷作用下的冲击力—时程曲线。并对撕裂卷曲过程中单位时间内各种耗散能进行了理论分析,得到了单位时间内各部分能量占总能量的比值;给出了稳定变形阶段的冲击力表达式。理论计算结果与实验吻合较好。

Abstract:The impact experiment and theoretical analysis of axial splitting and curling of steel tubes is reported in this paper. The experiment is completed in DHR-9401 drop hammer rig, and 6 groups of A3 tube with internal diameter 54.40 mm and thickness 0.43~2.5 mm are chosen. The deformation modes of the specimen are obtained and load-time curves in the impact experiments are given. Theoretical analysis based on the theory of energy balance is carried and the ratio of every kind of energy to total energy is given,and stable load is obtained. The result from energy analysis agrees well with which from experiment.
