生物节奏对中长跑成绩的影响

摘    要:生物钟的研究工作表明,所有生命活动都有其周期性变化,在此理论指导下,我们在100名男学生中,有计划的进行了千米中长跑实验。在早晨(5:30—6:30)、上午(10:30—11:30)、下午(16:00—17:00)测试的速度中,发现成绩有规律地受时间影响,成绩曲线图清楚地呈现“w”图型。实验证明:测试中长跑成绩的最佳时间是下午四时左右。如果在教学工作中应用生物钟理论也能提高中长跑成绩。

Abstract:It is shown from the research work on biological clock that all the activities of life change periodically. Under the guidance of this theory we have carried out an experiment in 1,000m middle-distance run among 100 students in a planned way. We tested their velocity from 5:30 to 6:30 and from 10:30 to 11:30 in the morning and from 16:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon and found thattheir results were regularly affected by time. The curve of the results was clearly expressed as the"W" form. The experiments have shown that the best time for testing the results of middle-distance run is about 16:00 in the afternoon. If we apply theory of biological clock in our teaching work, we can raise the results of middle-distauce run.
