| 摘 要： | 通过分析不同两个主体之间知识的转移过程 ,提出了知识转移过程存在着语言调制及联结学习两种方式 ,同时 ,隐性知识也可分为真隐性知识与伪隐性知识 .对于真隐性知识的转移 ,联结学习方式是唯一的知识转移方式 ,对于伪隐性知识的转移 ,语言调制及联结学习发生在知识转移的不同阶段 ,语言作为一种共同的知识直接影响着知识转移的效率 .在伪隐性知识转移过程中 ,在初期其效率呈现稳定状态 ,而在语言知识发展到一定阶段后 ,其效率呈现指数增长 .

| Abstract: | Knowledge is usually divided into tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in research work. Based on the analysis of the knowledge transferring process, this paper distinguishes the pseudo tacit knowledge from the tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge. We construct a two\|phase model to explain the pseudo tacit knowledge transferring process. The qualification and time of the transition from one phase to another is educed. |
