内模控制在直流调速系统中的应用

摘    要:双闭环直流调速系统的速度调节器采用常规的比例积分(PI)调节器时,起动时必然存在转速超调。文章根据内模控制(IMC)原理,设计了一种内模控制器以及它的实现电路,并将其应用于直流调速系统,取代常规的速度调节器,成功地解决了转速超调问题。实验结果表明,内模控制器能使系统获得优良的动态性能和稳态性能,而且设计方法简单。控制器容易实现。

Abstract:The speed regulator of double loop DC speed regulating system is usually set to be the proportional-integral(PI) type.However,the speed overshoot consequentially exists during the starting process.In this paper,an internal model speed controller based on Internal Model Control(IMC) principle for double loop DC motor control system(DLDCMCS) and the realization circuits of internal model controller are proposed.It takes the place of the conventional PI speed regulator,and successfully solves the problem of the speed overshoot in DLDCMCS.Experiment results demonstrate that the proposed regulator enables the system to be of excellent dynamic and steady performances and is easy to be designed and adjusted for application
