无人机无线能量传输网络多波束阵列设计与位置部署

摘    要:针对无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle, UAV)辅助的无线能量传输(wireless power transfer, WPT)系统,构建了一种能量波束设计以及无人机悬停位置部署的联合优化方案,以最大化所有用户接收的总能量。针对优化问题是非凸、难以直接求解的情况,提出一种联合优化多波束设计和无人机三维位置的迭代算法,利用巴特勒矩阵设计高增益、宽覆盖范围的能量多波束,利用穷举算法寻找无人机最优二维位置,通过单调性理论得到无人机的最佳悬停高度。仿真结果表明,所提出的算法能显著提升无线能量传输效率。

Abstract:This paper studies the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) assisted Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) system, where the UAV acts as an energy transmitter to transmit Radio Frequency (RF) energy for ground devices. We aim to maximize the total energy received by all devices. However, the energy beam involved in the optimization problem and the hovering position of the UAV are non-convex and difficult to solve. To solve this problem, we propose an iterative algorithm for joint multi-beam design and UAV position optimization to optimize beam pattern, two-dimensional position, and flight altitude of UAV in turn. Specifically, a multi-beam antenna array is designed using the Butler Matrix to provide a high-gain, wide-coverage energy beam. Then, the exhaustive algorithm is used to find the optimal two-dimensional position of the UAV, and the optimal flight height of the UAV is obtained through the monotonicity theory. Finally, the simulation results verify that the theory can significantly improve the performance in terms of wireless energy transfer.
