测量玻璃中晶体含量O—S方法的改进及推广

摘    要:研究了厂射线衍射测量玻璃中晶体含量Ohlberg—Strickler(O—S)方法的使用条件.结果表明.O—S公式中了射线衍射强度值采用玻璃相弥散峰衍射角偏小的一侧的数值及计算结果具有较高的精度.在研究晶体的相对含量时.用含有一定玻璃相的微晶玻璃做为晶体标样.O—S公式仍然有效;在采用O—S方法时.块状和粉末x射线衍射样品可得到相同的结果.

Extend Applying of Ohlberg-Strickler Technique for Determining Crystallinity of Glass Ceramics

Abstract:The modified Ohlberg-Stricklet (O-S) method was employed to determine the relative crystallinity of glass ceramics. The X-ray fo in O-S formula was substituted by that of a fully crystallized glass rather than that of pure crystal sample. The crystallinity of bulk specimen and their powder were compared after ceraming and the results matched quite well.
