| 摘 要： | 目前，我国地籍调查按调查规程分为土地利用现状调查和城镇地籍调查．将城镇地籍调查与土地利用现状调查统一成城乡一体化地籍调查是众多学者和土地管理工作者十分关心的问题．本文利用模糊聚类分析方法，研究建立城乡一体化地籍调查模型的可行性及存在的问题，并提出相应的对策．

| Abstract: | At present, there are two different models in the cadastral survey in our country. One is the urban cadastral survey model, and the other is the rural cadastral survey model. How to unify two models into an integrative model is a focal problem for scholars. In this article, using the fuzzy analytical method, the author discusses the feasibility as well as the possible problems of establishing an integrative model. To solve these problems, the article also gives out some countermeasures. |
