Venture capital is the main source of capital to young pioneering enterprises with a high growth level.Because of their high risk,low survival rate and volatility, common investors have no desire to invest these enterprises. So it's essential for governments to develop varied financial sources. The mechanism of venture capital is a principle to realize venture capital's rising in value and withdraw from succeeded enterprise. The principle includes capital's fundraising, object's assurance,and exiting investment, etc. This article also emphasizes on the problems existing in our venture capital system.
