| 摘 要： | 周公是中国上古时期的一位杰出的政治家和思想家,其思想影响了孔子。周公的管理思想主要体现于德治、礼乐、教化等方面。德治思想包括:敬德保民、明德慎罚、遵崇天命;治国思想包括:东征平叛、维护统一、营建洛邑安置殷民、分封诸侯安邦定国;在礼乐方面周公对原有的礼乐进行改造,使之更适于完善及巩固政权。
