| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了用Delphi语言与SQL技术相结合开发高校科研管理系统的意义及实现方法,该系统具有项目管理、成果管理、论文管理、专著管理、人员管理及经费管理等多种业务功能,适合大专院校和科研管理部门使用,有利于提高工作效率,促进科研管理的水平的进一步提高.

| Abstract: | This article discusses the significance of using Dephi language and SQL technology to develop universities and colleges' scientific research management system,and how to design and realize such a system in order to make it well accommodate management of scientific research related schedules,achievements,theses,treaties,expenses and personnels,and more convenient for scientific research management sectors in universities or colleges to apply so as to improve the their work efficiency through the automation of management. |
