| Abstract: | This paper first gives a brief introduction to the agricultural cooperatives in both Japan and USA.Moreover,it makes a comparison between them and gives a deep analysis of their differences.At last,based on the findings above,this paper also puts forward some suggestions for the establishment and development of agricultural cooperative organizations in China. |
