| 摘 要： | 以对巯基苯胺(p-ATP)为探针分子,采用拉曼光谱研究了空心银纳米球与聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)层层组装做表面增强拉曼光谱基底的性质.实验结果表明:这种通过层层组装法制作的基底对p-ATP具有良好的增强效果;单层基底对p-ATP的不同振动模式的增强因子分别可以达到2×106和6×107.
