摘    要:生物质是可再生的重要资源之一,具有取之不竭、用之不尽的特点,作为今后能源发展的重要方向具有战略意义。通过对固定床气化炉进行改进,研制了上吸式固定床气化炉,作为秸秆等生物质的气化设备,研究和开发高效率气化设备。针对水稻、油莱和棉花等3种生物质秸秆气化应用表明,气化效率分别为73.2%、75.5%和77.8%,符合Q/BDl-2013产品标准的要求,气体主要以H2、N2、CH4、CO和C02等为主,并含有少量的C2H2、C2H4和C2H6等,锅炉烟气中的SO2、NOx、烟尘排放浓度和黑度均达到GBl3271—2001排放标准限值的要求,不需对锅炉烟气中污染物进行治理就可直接排放,

Abstract:Biomass is an important renewable resource, which has inexhaustible, inexhaustible char- acteristics, as an important direction for future energy development is of strategic significance. Based on the fixed-bed gasification furnace, Up Suck Gasification Stove was made as straw gasification e- quipment, and studied and developed high efficiency gasification equipment. For rice, rapeseed and cotton three kinds of biomass straw gasification application results showed that gasification efficiency were73.2% ,75.5% and 77.8% ,respectively. The results indicated that it was consistent with the Q/BD1-2013 standards. And the gas composition was mainly Hz, N2, CH4, CO and CO2, with small amounts of Ca Hz, C2 H4 and C2H6 and SO2,NOx,smoke and blackness in boiler exhaust outlet meet to emission standards( GB13271-2001 ).
