摘    要:光敏剂吸光敏化为三线态,与溶液中O2反应产生单线态氧(^1O2),后者与卡巴肼(DPCI)反应,生成卡巴腙(DPCO),以苯-四氯化碳萃取,在563nm处有强吸收,吸光度值与光照时间和光敏剂浓度呈一定量效关系,从而可以检测^1O2的产生及其相对产量,方法简便易行。

Abstract:When lighted, photosensitizers are transferred into tri ,which reacted with oxygen in solution. Then singlet oxygen (~1O_2) was produced, which can oxidate diphenylcarbonzide (DPCI) into diphenylcarbonzone(DPCO). The latter, extracted by benzene and tetrachloride, shows great absorbency at 563 nm. Its absorbency is correlative to the illumination time and the concentration of photosensitizer. Sequentially the produce and output of singlet oxygen can be easily detected.
