| 摘 要： | 世界范围内区域性经济联合的潮流势不可挡。在我国,区域经济加快发展已成为特色,而拥有丰富资源的广大中部地区却至今仍是一盘散沙,发展严重滞后。在对中部及山西综合实力明确定位的基础上,合理借鉴其它区域联盟运作的经验与教训,对山西构建中部战略联盟提出思路和建议。

| Abstract: | The global regional economic union booming is inundant,and in China, it has been a distinguishing feature that the regional economy is raoidly being developed. However, the vast midland rich in resources is still in an undeveloped state of disunity,. In this article we try to give some advice on how to construct the midland's strategic alliance by using some experience and lessons of other areas. |
