| 摘 要： | 博客（Blog）是继课件、积件、资源库、教育主题网站等信息化教学模式之后的一种新的网络应用模式，RSS是英文Really Simple Syndication的缩写，它是基于XML的互联网内容发布和集成技术。合理利用Blog和RSS技术，构建先进的网络教学平台，有利于充分发挥学生的学习主动性，《计算机操作系统课程》基于Blog和RSS的教学实例说明了其优势。
