| 摘 要： | 研究败酱草总黄酮部位的抗病毒活性成分。采用细胞病变法进行体外抗病毒活性检测，筛选出最有效抗病毒部位，并通过LC-MS对其进行定性分析。结果表明，败酱草总黄酮30%乙醇洗脱部位为最有效抗病毒部位，共鉴定出14个活性成分，包括12个黄酮类成分和2个酚酸类成分。败酱草总黄酮部位具有明显的抗病毒活性，为败酱草抗病毒研究提供了科学依据和数据支持。

| Abstract: | We investigated the antiviral active ingredients in the total flavonoids of Patrinia Herb. The cytopathic method was used to detect the in vitro antiviral activity and identify the parts with the most effective antiviral effects, which were qualitatively analyzed using LC-MS. The portion eluted by 30% ethanol in the total flavonoids of Patrinia Herb had the best antiviral effect. A total of 14 kinds of active ingredients were identified, including 12 kinds of flavones and 2 kinds of phenolic acids. The total flavonoids of Patrinia herb showed significant antiviral activity, providing scientific basis and data to support further research on the antiviral effects of Patrinia Herb. |
